Before your kit arrives, we’ll show you how to create a 12-week plan tailored to you.You can begin the course at a time that suits you and work at a pace that feels comfortable. Setting aside around 2–3 hours a week helps keep the learning process manageable, enjoyable, and easy to fit into everyday life.
You’re free to stop and start whenever you need to—there’s no rushing and no deadlines unless you choose them. At the end of each module, you’ll submit your work and receive personal tutor feedback, offering guidance, encouragement, and reassurance as you go.
